ATMOSPHERE SKY™ HELP DESK

On this page you can register your unit, find warranty and filter replacement information, as well as how-to and demo videos for your Atmosphere Sky™ air treatment system. Plus, contact our dedicated support team for further assistance.

 

 

In order to ensure you activate your limited warranty, you must register your unit within 90 days of purchase using our simple, three-step process:

  1. Download the Atmosphere™ Connect app.
  2. Pair your unit via WiFi.
  3. Hit the "Register" icon to successfully register your unit.
You may also register your unit online by following the link below and entering the number found on the sticker inside your Atmosphere Sky™ unit.

Registering your unit online or via mobile device will activate your unit’s original two-year limited warranty. As your Atmosphere Sky™ unit filters the air in your home, it will alert you when your filters need to be replaced. If you purchase, install and register the new filters within 90 days of when you are alerted, then you continue your warranty protection for up to 5 years.

You can monitor your Carbon and HEPA filters through the Atmosphere Connect™ mobile app, or on the display panel of your Atmosphere Sky™ unit.

In order to ensure you continue your limited warranty, you must register your replacement filters within 90 days of purchase using our simple, three-step process:

  1. Open your Atmosphere™ Connect app
  2. Place new filter in the unit
  3. A message will pop-up with the option to register your new filter, and hit "Register"
The filter replacement indicator lights on the display panel are usually green. The filter replacement indicator lights show the Pre-Filter, HEPA filter, and carbon filter from left-to-right. If the Pre-Filter light turns amber that indicates it needs to be cleaned. If the HEPA filter light turns amber, this indicates you should order a new filter. If you do so at this time, by the time the light turns red, you will have your new filter and can register and replace it right away. Make sure to register your new filter to ensure you are receiving your additional limited warranty protection. Anytime you replace the carbon or HEPA filter, it is recommended that you vacuum your Pre-Filter.

If you suspect your Atmosphere Sky™ unit is malfunctioning or requires service, please contact the Amway Customer Service team below. They will guide you through helpful steps to determine if your unit needs to be sent in for repair or replacement, and will walk you through the process if it does.

Please do not return your Atmosphere Sky™ unit to Amway without first contacting Customer Service. The team will issue you a Return Authorization, which includes free-of-charge postage, so that your product can be processed properly.
